DID I DO ALL I COULD HAVE AND SHOULD HAVE

This weekend has been the best weekend ever,  We had all our girls home except of course Erica who is in South Carolina serving a mission,   Whenever they come home it is a lot of work to make sure everyone is fed well, clean towels, clean dishes,    Yes it is a lot of work, but it is so worth it,
Recently I have been questioning and regretting some of the things I did and didn't do when my girls were small,  I was so busy helping Brent on the farm,  church callings ,keeping up with a garden and keeping a clean house,  I wonder if I missed out on teaching my children the important things in life, doing fun, spontanous things with  them.  I guess as I watch them go on with their own lives, it makes me second guess myself.  I am grateful they have turned out well and have made good choices so far in their lives,  I know it is because of good examples of family and friends.
Life is good and I am grateful for my family..............

Life happenings!

Hello fellow bloggers! I am totally new to this whole thing, but I am lucky enough to have a daughter who loves doing this kind of stuff! The past few months have been a little crazy so I thought it would only be fitting to create a blog so that I can remember what has happened! So it might just be easiest to create a list of all of the exciting things happening right now in the Browning household!
My oldest daughter Shawna lives and teaches school in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has lots of friends and enjoys being independent! She is very involved with her singles ward, and loves meeting new people. She stays pretty busy with her 1st grade class, and awaits the three month summer vacation!
My second daughter Heidi, just got married three weeks ago! She married a great young man from Alaska. Heidi has recently just finished school and they have moved to Salt Lake, next door neighbors to Shawna, to do her Student Teaching. They plan to move to Alaska in August, so she better get used to cold weather and I better get used to her being so far!
Erica turned her mission papers in just before Christmas and has been called to serve in the Columbia, South Carolina Mission. She leaves May 16th, Brent and I thought we would get away with having no missionaries with all girls but boy were we fooled! We are really excited for her and hope these next 18 months go by fast!
Staci has successfully finished her first year of college and boy is she proud, as are we! It is fun to see our girls desire to be successful in life...I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, wink wink! She just moved home this weekend and will be home to help out especially with cleaning...she is my little organizer and I love it!
Last but certainly not least little Holli. She is in the seventh grade and is getting pretty used to having several bosses around! She is a cheerleader at West Minico Middle School and is pretty full of energy! She knows how to make everyone laugh and has tons of friends! Life wouldn't be the same without little Holli!

Well that is basically my life! I love them all so much and I couldn't be more blessed with great kids and wonderful husband of 27 years! I can't promise much out of this blogging thing, but I can promise that even though that we may not have it all together, but together we have it all!
